David spent 10 years at Light & Wonder, where he led product strategy and development across Class II and Class III gaming platforms. He shaped the company’s “casino of the future” vision, overseeing global hardware strategy, content deployment technologies, cashless payment systems, and omnichannel delivery of new game themes.

He later served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Eligo Energy, where he led commercial expansion, platform growth, and operational scaling. Across both roles, he’s consistently translated high-stakes industry challenges into scalable solutions.

David is currently earning his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he joined and co-founded Hydrastack. He leads go-to-market, partnerships, and strategic direction, serving as the bridge between OEM leaders, casino operators, and developers to ensure Hydrastack delivers solutions the industry actually needs.

Kavin began his career as a software engineer, building scalable backend systems for startups and large public-sector projects. He later joined IBM as a strategy consultant, where he helped Fortune 500 clients modernize their infrastructure using cloud-native platforms, microservices, and containerized app frameworks.

His experience spans technical architecture, enterprise platform design, and user-centered development. He brings a product mindset rooted in both engineering and business outcomes.

Kavin is also earning his MBA at Chicago Booth, where he joined and co-founded Hydrastack. He leads technical roadmapping, developer experience, go-to-market, and product development workflows, ensuring the platform is both powerful for engineers and growth-enabling for gaming OEMs.
