INTRODUCTION
With over 8 years of experience as a Creative Director, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. My background spans agency and client-roles giving me a well-rounded perspective. In my current position, I manage the creative team, lead all design projects, and handle all photography. My approach focuses on marrying creativity with strategy to drive brand growth.
I’ve tackled various challenges always striving for an innovate solution, from integrated brand marketing to digital UI/UX design, seamless omni-channel shopping experiences, brand guidelines, package design, art direction, and creative direction in both traditional print and digital experiences.

• Translating brand strategy, consumer insights, and internal feedback into a cohesive plan for all external facing brands.
• The in-house creative team supports one B2B company, and one B2C company.
• Guide the creative team through strategy, ideation, design, and production-to-completion of fresh creative solutions for a wide variety of internal and external requests.
• Complete all projects within timeframe and budget.
• Manage all brand development, brand standards, internal and external marketing efforts, web development, social media, photography/video, email marketing, advertising, as well as sales staff and trade show support.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team of art directors, social media managers, designers, web developers, illustrators, and copywriters.
• A recent milestone that we achieved was the migration of a B2C website from a proprietary web provider onto the BigCommerce platform. The new platform has dramatically increased sales by utilizing the addition of sales analytics, order tracking, integrated sales tax, shipping/tracking, and abandoned cart re-marketing and an enhanced e-tailing experience.

• Expanded team size from 2 to 14 through strategic leadership and recruitment
• Managed designers for two internal brands (DeVry University and Keller Graduate School), overseeing all design projects and ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborated with the IT team, and led the design team in migrating website onto the Adobe AEM platform for improved user experience and functionality
• Developed and executed innovative creative campaigns resulting in an increase in brand awareness, market share, and ultimately an increase in the number of campuses
• Conceptualized and designed visually stunning graphics and content that resonated with target audiences
