What is Hydrastack?

Hydrastack is a game development and reauthoring platform built specifically for the regulated casino gaming industry. We help OEMs and game studios convert existing titles into other formats (e.g. Class II, Class III, online, and social) without having to rebuild from scratch.

What does Hydrastack actually do?

We automate the hard parts of reauthoring: RNG separation, math model abstraction, compliance overlays, and deployment formatting.

Think of Hydrastack as the infrastructure layer for game portability: like Stripe, but for casino game distribution. You build the game once; we help you export and deploy everywhere.

How is this different from Unity or in-house SDKs?

Hydrastack is purpose-built for regulated environments. Unlike Unity, we support format-specific exports with built-in logic for:

  • GLI compliance
  • Jurisdictional wagering rules
  • Regulated RNG wrappers

We can also run as a plugin inside your Unity workflow. We don’t replace your engine—we wrap, translate, and reauthor your games intelligently for other channels.

What kind of games can Hydrastack intake?

Currently, we support intake of:

  • Unity-authored games
  • Native C++ / C# builds
  • Proprietary or OEM SDKs (pending integration)
  • HTML5 / JavaScript-based games

In short: if you have a working title, we can likely reauthor it.

Do we need to rewrite our games to use Hydrastack?

No. Hydrastack works with your existing source or compiled files to extract logic and rebuild in target-specific templates. You keep your codebase; we handle the conversion.

What formats does Hydrastack export to?

We currently support:

  • Class II (e.g., bingo-based overlays)
  • Online / iGaming
  • Social / mobile
  • Testbed builds for internal QA and certification

We ingest Class III formats as a starting point, but our conversion is omni-directional.

Is Hydrastack cloud-based or on-premise?

Both. Most teams start with secure cloud access, but on-prem deployment is available for OEMs with sensitive IP needs.

How much faster is it than manual porting?

On average, our pilot users see 3x faster timelines. Converting from Class III to Class II, what once took 6–9 months can now be done in  weeks: with fewer engineering resources.

Do you offer implementation help?

Yes. We provide hands-on onboarding, developer-friendly docs, and optional white-glove integration services. We’ll work closely with your product and engineering teams.

How do you protect our IP?

Your content stays yours, and we treat your game logic and assets as sacred. We support:

  • Encrypted file transfers
  • Audit logs
  • Custom NDAs
  • On-premise deployment (optional)
